Rebuilt FM transmitter plant: integration with 7 port community antenna facility
(Mt. Soledad):
· Recognized that maintenance of existing transmitter was no longer cost
effective.
· Identified replacement equipment and prepared design for revised facility.
· Presented cost and performance justification to upper management for
$150,000+ outlay.
· Supervised installation and cutover details for 12 month project duration.
Radio traffic/billing system (Marketron):
· Replaced existing system with new servers, SQL database, vendor software
and replaced network infrastructure.
