Driving to San Felipe:

- From Southern Califnoria/San Diego: (approx. 4 hours)

Take I-8 East to CA-111 South - Follow signs to Mexico...
Cross border: Calexico, CA into Mexicali, Mexico.
HINT: When you cross the border, the road forks. Take the right fork, which is Blvd. A. López Mateos. Keep your eyes open for the San Felipe signs overhead. There are about three of them until you reach the end of Mexicali.

Entering San Felipe, you will pass two white arches.

At the ROTARY (Island of Trees, watch for the Bienvenidos a San Felipe sign) take your first right onto Mar De Caribe, aka The Airport Road or Puertecitos Road.

The first house that I have listed for sale is located one block on the Right
- with "The BiG i" sign in the front.


For the second house for sale, keep traveling south on Ave. Mar Caribe (The Airport Road), you will Pass the AM/PM and Pemex Gas Station on your right. Keep following this road South for about 30 miles.
Campo San Francisco will be on your Left, just past KM47.
