Limitations of Service

The BiG i offers three packages of features and benefits that comprise the BiG i High Speed Internet service (not yet available in all areas). The BiG i reserves the right to enforce limits on specific features of the Service including, without limitation, e-mail storage and web hosting maximums. The following describe the current limitations of various offerings of the BiG i High Speed Internet service. The limitations set forth herein are approximations and may vary from time to time.

Preferred Package ($90/month*)

3. Maximum monthly consumption cap 20 gigabytes downstream; 5 gigabytes upstream

Premier Package ($160/month*)

1. Maximum downstream speed 1 megabits per second
2. Maximum upstream speed 256 kilobits per second
3. Maximum monthly consumption cap 20 gigabytes downstream; 5 gigabytes upstream
4. E-Mail Accounts: 5
5. Size per email message 5 megabytes
6. Size per email account/address 10 megabytes

Value Package ($60/month*)

1. Maximum downstream speed 256 kilobits per second
2. Maximum upstream speed 128 kilobits per second
3. Maximum monthly consumption cap 2 gigabytes downstream; 500 megabytes upstream
4. E-Mail Accounts: 3
5. Size per email message 2 megabytes
6. Size per email account/address 5 megabytes
